I don’t share much of my personal life on the blog because I just don’t feel comfortable putting my family out in front of the general public.  My photography on this site is about the people who hire me, not me or my family.  Anyways, I have two boys in competitive hockey and I coach so needless to say I am in skates a lot.  When Catherine first contacted me she was a bit shy and I think kind of worried she was going to offend me.  She really liked my photography and felt it was a good fit for her and Kyle’s personality but she needed a photographer who could skate.  “Can you skate?”. 

Catherine is an accomplished figure skater and always dreamed “the aisle” would be frozen 🙂  It was a first for me but hopefully I’ll get to wear skates to work again some day soon!
