Wedding day in Golden, B.C.  Kicking Horse Mountain Resort is in the Purcell Mountains, not the Rockies, which is a common mistake.  Michael’s room was down the hall from Lisa and once they were both ready I photographed their “first look”, which was a really special moment.  The rest of the day went along like a bit of a fairy tale.  It rained once, but no one even seemed to care.  The weather on the top of the hill cooperated and added some nice drama and light.  It was a memorable day.  Thank you guys!
Eagle’s Eye Restaurant at the top of the gondola at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, Golden, B.C.I knew there would be a chapter 2 to this story…. huge red food colour laced sugar bomb.did not disappoint…..You couldn’t make better light for a first kiss if you had a moving van of studio lights.  Soft, warm, perfect!
